Power Fit Shop proudly stands behind every EcoFlow product we sell. All EcoFlow warranties are managed directly by the manufacturer, with full support from our team for claims, registration, and questions.

EcoFlow Standard Warranty Periods

  • Portable Power Stations — 5 years (DELTA Pro, DELTA 2 Max, DELTA Max, DELTA 2, DELTA, RIVER 2 series)
  • DELTA Pro Ultra & Smart Home Panel 2 — 5 years
  • Solar Panels & Accessories — 2 years
  • Batteries & Extra Batteries — 5 years (when paired with compatible station)
  • Other Accessories — 2 years (cables, adapters, etc.)

What the Warranty Covers

EcoFlow warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage includes:

  • Repair or replacement of defective parts
  • Free return shipping for valid warranty claims (within continental U.S.)
  • Full manufacturer support for registration and claims

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Damage from misuse, accident, abuse, or unauthorized repair
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that does not affect function
  • Normal wear and tear or battery degradation beyond expected performance
  • Damage from improper installation, voltage fluctuations, or non-EcoFlow accessories
  • Items purchased from unauthorized sellers or without proof of purchase

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us first at care@powerfitshop.com or call/text (352) 561-8443.
  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase (receipt/invoice), and a description of the issue (photos/video if possible).
  3. We'll guide you through EcoFlow’s official warranty process, including registration (if needed) and claim submission.
  4. EcoFlow reviews and processes claims — we assist every step of the way, including return shipping labels if required.
  5. Once approved, repairs/replacements are handled promptly (typically within 5–10 business days after receipt).
