Standard Return Window

Most unopened items sold by Power Fit Shop are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of shipment date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item in original condition. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Return Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange due to safety, hygiene, or shipping regulations:

  • EcoFlow power systems and generators
  • Power equipment that has been oiled or gassed
  • Select products shipped via freight
  • Items not in original packaging or condition
  • Items without receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returns requested for price matching
