If the real cost is lower, we refund the difference. If the carrier needs more, we contact you before anything ships. Prefer a firm number first? Ask us for a quote — we’ll get it there.

For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, the Mariana Islands, and other U.S. territories, we offer an optional replacement shipping service designed specifically for ocean-transit logistics.
For 5 years, if the factory approves a replacement, this service covers the ocean-transit shipping to the factory and back to your location.
It’s paid only when needed — after purchase or at delivery — and we recommend keeping your original box so any future shipment is safe and compliant.
