This service ensures safe, compliant movement of dangerous‑goods units between your region, our mainland freight forwarder, and the manufacturer during an approved warranty replacement.

How the Process Works
This service coordinates the movement of your unit between your Service Region, our mainland freight forwarder, and the manufacturer once your warranty claim is approved. You will:
- Obtain warranty approval from the manufacturer.
- Send us your RMA and shipping instructions.
- Package and label your unit following our guidance.
- Drop off your unit at the designated hub.
- Pick up your replacement unit when it returns.
