- If a replacement is needed, the original item must return to the U.S. 48 hub it shipped from, and the replacement will then be forwarded back to the territory.
- This round-trip process typically takes 4–5 weeks, depending on carrier schedules and routing, and all shipping for this service is included at no additional cost.
