Warranty Coverage

• 48 Contiguous U.S. States: Two- to five-year standard factory warranty applies to items shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S. states (duration depends on the product).

• U.S. Territories: Territory customers receive the same five-year factory warranty.

• If a replacement is needed, the original item must return to the U.S. 48 hub it shipped from, and the replacement will then be forwarded back to the territory.

• This round-trip process typically takes 4–5 weeks, depending on carrier schedules and routing, and all shipping for this service is included at no additional cost.

• Only qualifying items over $400 include free replacement-shipping coverage for up to 5 years when the original shipping was handled separately for locations outside the contiguous U.S.
