• If a replacement is needed, the original item must return to the U.S. 48 hub it shipped from, and the replacement will then be forwarded back to the territory.
  
  

• This round-trip process typically takes 4–5 weeks, depending on carrier schedules and routing, and all shipping for this service is included at no additional cost.

Customers outside that area may receive support when a purchase was made in the 48 contiguous states. If a replacement is required, we may assist with shipping to and from Florida at significantly reduced rates.

An optional CPS Extended Warranty is available and begins 30 days after the purchase date. It may cover shipping costs to and from excluded areas and includes protection for the full original purchase value.
