Replacement Shipping Service – Medium ($2,501 to $10,000 – $250 Fee)

This is a 5-year replacement-shipping logistics service for medium-sized power stations or solar generators valued between $2,501 and $10,000, available to customers in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam.

Price: $250 flat fee (covers the full 5-year term, regardless of territory).

This service does not provide a product warranty. All warranty approvals are handled directly by the manufacturer.

This service covers round-trip shipping and dangerous-goods logistics after a manufacturer-approved warranty replacement.

What This Service Includes

Shipping coordination from your region to our mainland freight forwarder

Dangerous goods certification and compliant handling (both directions)

Coordination of the replacement unit from the manufacturer back to your region

Ongoing support and communication throughout the entire process

What This Service Does NOT Include

Warranty approval (handled directly by the manufacturer)

Product repair or diagnostics

Any form of product warranty coverage

Door pickup or door delivery (available separately at an additional cost)

Who This “Medium” Tier Is For

This tier applies to medium-sized power stations or solar generators with a purchase value between $2,501 and $10,000.

It is intended for portable power stations and solar generators that fall within a mid-range size, weight, and shipping classification typical of this value category.

If your product’s value falls outside $2,501 to $10,000, please select the appropriate tier:
Small ($600–$2,500 → $100) or Large ($10,001+ → $400).

How This Service Works

After purchase, you will receive a private link to complete the 5-Year Replacement Shipping Service Agreement

If you receive a manufacturer-approved warranty claim:

The manufacturer issues your RMA and return label

You email us the RMA and label

You drop off the unit at your designated hub (or request paid door pickup)

We handle all logistics and dangerous goods shipping

You pick up the replacement unit at the hub (or request paid door delivery)

Important

This is a logistics service only. The manufacturer is solely responsible for warranty approval and all product-related decisions.

The $250 fee is a one-time flat charge that covers averaged round-trip shipping and dangerous goods handling across all supported territories.

Return Disclaimer:

In extremely rare cases of severe shipping damage, the carrier or manufacturer may refuse to accept the return of the system to the mainland or factory. In such situations, the factory may issue a replacement without requiring the return of the damaged unit. 

You would then work directly with the factory for the replacement process, and we would only provide shipping assistance from the mainland to your location.
